Pipe Wall Thickness Measuring Tools
When it comes to measuring tools for pipe wall thickness, you might first think of calipers. By simply inserting one jaw into the pipe, you can measure with a quick "clamp". However, the jaws of conventional calipers cannot fully conform to the curved inner wall of the pipe, making it difficult to obtain accurate dimensions. Or when measuring pipes with smaller diameters, the jaws may not be able to reach into the pipe. Also, when higher measurement accuracy is required, conventional calipers cannot meet the needs, and specialized measuring tools are necessary.

1. Pipe Wall Thickness Caliper: More Conforming Jaws, Simpler Operation
The pipe wall thickness caliper features a cylindrical design on one jaw, allowing it to enter the pipe and fully "contact" the measurement point for more accurate results. The cylindrical jaw has a diameter of only 3mm, enabling easy measurement of dimensions between small holes larger than φ3mm and the outer wall, providing accurate wall thickness measurements effortlessly.

2. Single Column/Spherical Wall Thickness Micrometer: High Precision, More Accurate
This micrometer features a cylindrical or spherical anvil, overcoming the issue of conventional micrometer anvils not being able to reach the inner measurement points of pipes. Its maximum permissible error is ±3μm, meeting higher precision wall thickness measurement requirements.

3. Thickness Gauge: Faster, Supports Tolerance Judgment
Pipe wall thickness can also be quickly inspected using a thickness gauge. The thickness gauge designed for pipe wall measurement has a spherical anvil, and the anvil and probe are at a 90° angle, allowing easy measurement of pipe wall thickness or bent plate thickness. It enables rapid inspection through the tolerance judgment function of the indicator.

4. Single Spherical Wall Thickness Micrometer
When measuring pipes with larger diameters and requiring high precision, the single spherical wall thickness micrometer can be used. It features a fixed spherical anvil on one side, providing a more stable curved measuring surface that directly contacts the inner curved wall of the pipe for measurement.
