They automatically and accurately mark the specific locations of defects such as deformations, scratches, and dimensional issues, quickly determining whether they are qualified (OK) or unqualified (NG), and instruct sorting operations to ensure smooth production lines and high product quality standards.

02. Appearance Dimension Inspection of Soft-Pack Battery Cells

By positioning the SM1008S directly above or to the side of the object under test, it can quickly and comprehensively scan the 3D contour of soft-pack battery cells to obtain appearance dimensions. It also has strong recognition capabilities, able to identify barcodes, QR codes, and subtle surface anomalies simultaneously, ensuring the accuracy of inspection results in all aspects.

03. Welding Condition Inspection of Battery Cover Plate

By scanning with the SM1008S, the complete 3D shape of the battery cover plate end is obtained, allowing for individual inspection of welding positions and shapes to ensure the accuracy of each weld point and verify strict compliance with process standards.
