Instructions for use
(I) Precautions
1. Select a suitable tool and clamp it on the tailstock or spindle of the equipment.
2. To ensure machining accuracy, the tool must be aligned with the center of the workpiece axis.
3. When the tool is working, the tool can rotate, or the part can rotate, and the spindle can rotate right.
4. To increase the service life of the tool, please use coolant or cutting oil to cool it during operation.
(II) Hole processing size before punching
1. Drilling diameter D≥ blade opposite side (or inner cutting circle) size.
2. The hole mouth is chamfered 90 degrees, and the chamfered hole mouth diameter is larger than the blade opposite side. It plays a guiding role.
3. Drilling depth H2 ≥ 1.5× punching effective depth (H).
(III) Recommended working parameters
1. Speed: 300-2000 rpm. The principle of rotary punching tool allows high-speed use, but it should be noted that when using it at high speed (such as machining center), use a slower speed when the tool just contacts the workpiece or let the punch slowly contact the workpiece in a static state until the punch and the workpiece enter the working state and increase the speed.
2. Feed rate: 0.02-0.1nm/rev. The feed rate of copper and aluminum parts can be appropriately increased by 2 to 3 times.
3. Punching depth: ≤1.5× blade width.
Returns Policy
