Today I'd like to share with you several types of gauges that are perfect for fast and simple batch measurement.
First, let's take a look at these two handheld gauges that perform measurements with a single press.
01. Portable Mini Comparator
True to its name, the Quick-Mini portable small comparator is mini in size and light in weight.
This handheld comparator has a measuring range of 0-12mm. It is particularly adept at measuring small objects like pearls and jewelry; thin objects like paper, noodles, eyeglass lenses, and fossils; as well as fine wire and rod-like objects such as fishing line, dental reamers, PCBs, hard-wired drills, etc. It can quickly measure the dimensions of all these items.
Equipped with an ABS encoder, it does not require zero-setting upon each startup, enabling rapid measurement.
02. Thickness Gauge
The thickness gauge is an extension of indicator gauge applications. With just a light press, it can quickly measure the thickness of a workpiece. It is a convenient handheld measuring tool widely used for measuring the thickness of paper, film, various metal sheets, and more.

03. Dial Outside Micrometer
The anvil part of the dial outside micrometer can be equipped with a dial indicator (optional). The dial reading facilitates quick GO/NG judgment of mass-produced parts. Additionally, its retractable anvil uses a lever system design, making operation more labor-saving and straightforward.
04. Lever Micrometer
The lever micrometer utilizes the lever principle. Simply press the retractable anvil and observe the deflection of the indicator needle to read the measurement result. It is used for continuous, rapid GO/±NG judgment of mass-produced parts. Loading and unloading workpieces is also very simple.

05. Limit Micrometer

06. Quick Internal Micrometer (Borematic)
The three-point type quick internal micrometer (Borematic) uses a lever operation principle, enabling simple and fast internal diameter measurement with higher efficiency. The three-point contact probe ensures more stable measurement. The ABS absolute origin function eliminates the need for zero-setting each time, making it an ideal tool for quick batch measurement of internal diameters and bore diameters.
The ABS Borematic series can measure deep holes when connected to extension rods.

07. Digital Quick Caliper
The Digital Quick Caliper NTD31-AX series features a quick-acting device and a roller.
